Once you purchase a New Earthmoving Machine from us or any other Tata Hitachi Dealer, you are entitled to get free mandatory services during the warranty period of the machine. Customers should buy all consumable items during this tenure from authorised dealers of Tata Hitachi only. We have a separate team of Service Engineers who are responsible to address your issues within the shortest possible timeframe.
We provide it with minimum delay. While every effort will be made to ensure this, the timeframe on completion of the solution is highly dependent on its nature, sourcing the replacement parts and technical support.
With our competent and dedicated engineers, we offer health checking of machines for thorough repair in the field.
Get in touch with us if you are facing any problem with your machine. Does not matter whether you have purchased it from us or not, our field engineers will reach you in the shortest possible time. We will also provide you an approximate costing and timeline within which your problem will be solved.
During Annual Service Contract or ASC repairing of the machine, changing oil, changing filters, inspection and adjustment as recommended by the manufacturer are performed by our engineers with optimum efficiency.
Our workshop is equipped with state of the art machine repair facilities. Our in house engineers are trained to repair various arrgegates .Here we also repair accidental machines and old machines. Our workshop team is lead by able trained Workshop Managers who coordinate and makes sure we provide you an approximate costing and timeline within which your problem will be solved.
